The 1st Annual Stow PTO's Run for the Kids (formerly known as the Run for the Woods) has traditionally been one of the final events of the very successful, family-friendly, Stow Springfest held annually in Stow in May. The course, which winds through neighborhoods central to town, is a great way for residents to come out and support their community. This year, the profits of this race will go to support many different activities that the PTO sponsors at both the Center (Elementary) and Hale Middle schools.

Schedule of events
7:30-8:15am Bib Pick up & Registration
8:30am 500 Yard Dash – age 6 and under
8:45am 1 Mile Run – age 12 and under
9:00am Award Ceremony 1 Mile and 500 Yard Races
9:50am 5K Race Walkers Start
10:00am 5K Race Start
11:00am 5K Awards Ceremony

Fees
$5 for age 6 and under (500 yard dash)
$15 for ages 7-12 (1 mile run)
$25 for age 13 & up (5K)

Prizes include
• Medals for all 1 Mile and 5K Participants
• Awards for top placers in all categories
• Ribbons to all 500 Yard Dash Participants

Registration prices increase by $5 after April 19, 2019

Additional details
• All those age 7 and up who register before 4/19 will receive a shirt
• All Center and Hale students who register before 4/19 will receive a water bottle
• Additional water bottles and t-shirts are available to buy with registration
